Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, recently unveiled the 04 platform, a new customer feedback system that allows customers to submit suggestions, comments, and complaints to Dubai government officials across 40 entities in just three steps via an omnichannel experience. The 04 platform, named after Dubai’s dialing code, is in line with the city’s “360 Services” policy, which places customers at the center of the development of government services. The platform was developed by the Dubai Model Centre of the General Secretariat of The Executive Council and the Dubai Digital Authority, with the participation of more than 40 government entities and others.

To submit feedback via the 04 platform, customers can visit the website (04.gov.ae), select the feedback category, and receive a reference number for tracking and follow-up on inquiries. The system also supports submission via WhatsApp for Business.

Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the importance of customer engagement in the government’s efforts to design, implement, and evaluate services, stating that Dubai’s model for future governments relies on a strong connection between the leadership and customers. The ultimate goal is to promote happiness and reinforce Dubai’s position as a world leader in government. The recent launch of the ‘Emirati’ initiative is another example of Dubai’s continuing efforts to improve customer satisfaction and happiness.
