Years later, Karl Lagerfeld conjured up the Classic bag, inspired by the 2.55. It adds CHANEL’s emblematic double C to the clasp and entwines leather into the chain strap.
For Spring‑Summer 2018, the handbag comes beaded in checked tweed, giving a new texture to the bag.
